1. Acceptance

By signing in to EditMentor, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. What EditMentor Does

EditMentor analyses your video footage and generates a step-by-step Premiere Pro editing guide using AI. The guides are suggestions — final editing decisions are yours.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of your videos, transcripts, and any content you upload. By uploading, you grant EditMentor a limited, temporary licence to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim any rights to your content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not own or have rights to
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI pipeline
• Use automated scripts to send bulk requests
• Upload content that is illegal under Indian law

5. Service Limits

EditMentor applies fair-use limits (5 analyses and 10 guide generations per day) to ensure quality for all users. These limits may change with notice.

6. Disclaimer

EditMentor is provided "as is." AI-generated guides may contain errors. We do not guarantee specific editing outcomes. Digital Prolex is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@digitalprolex.com.
